About this project
A rental platform demo, built like a real product
RentalHub is a portfolio demo created by Lutfur Digital Studio to show the kind of custom web applications we build for real-estate, rental and property-management businesses in the Greater Toronto Area. It is not a real rental marketplace — every property, contact and detail is fictional.
Clean architecture
Demo data for all 15 listings lives in a single data module, separate from reusable UI components, so swapping in a real API is a contained change.
Backend-ready
The structure anticipates a database, authentication, image uploads and server APIs. Saved properties currently use local browser storage.
Responsible demo scope
No payments, lease signing, tenant screening or sensitive personal data. Viewing requests are simulated and never sent.
